By Frances Flannagan

On the 30th of April 2024, Feadship’s 76.05m motor yacht ALVIA was successfully delivered. This spacious yacht will allow her Owner to travel seamlessly across the Atlantic within unparalleled comfort and luxury, with an array of standout amenities on board.

Some of the industry’s best engineers, designers and crew came together with the team at Burgess to help deliver this exceptional 76.05m Feadship yacht. Burgess Technical Services oversaw ALVIA’s build from pre-contract specification and contract development all the way through to her final sea trials. Prior to this, she was sold by the Burgess brokerage team, highlighting the holistic nature of the company.

During her build, ALVIA was known as PROJECT HAMANI, named after the Japanese festival of the cherry blossom. She features an elegant exterior design from RWD, who collaborated with Susan Young Interiors to help achieve the Owner’s vision.

ALVIA boasts a number of standout features, from a versatile sports court on the foredeck and a fully equipped gym to a pool and spa area, all enhanced by interactive bridge deck lighting.

She offers a sense of spaciousness onboard, with a 2,265GT and a beam of 13.2m. ALVIA boasts a transatlantic range of 5,500 nm, allowing her to travel with ease between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Nathan Durley-Boot, Marine Engineer and Project Manager at Burgess Technical Services, commented: ‘We are delighted to have worked with such an experienced and professional owner’s team to help deliver this very special yacht.’

ALVIA’s delivery represents the exceptional 360-degree service offered by Burgess: harmoniously fusing brokerage, technical services and operational management to achieve a spectacular build that reflects the Owner’s visions.
