Founded in USA in 1996, by naval architect & marine engineer Horacio E. Bozzo, the Company moved to Viareggio, Italy in 2001. Axis Group Yacht Design has established tight collaboration with the most renowned shipyards and professionals in the field, such as Perini Navi, Benetti, Azimut, Codecasa, SanLorenzo, Viareggio SuperYachts, Kingship, Tecnomar, Rossinavi, Espen Oeino, Roberto del Re, among others.

Axis Group Yacht Design uses state of the art software for hull design, stability calculations, speed & power prediction, structural modelling, 3D piping, mechanical and outfitting drawings.
