Devonport Yachts was acquired by Pendennis Shipyard Ltd in February 2010. More recently Devonport has been rebranded as Pendennis Plus to align itself more effectively with the Pendennis Group of Companies. Pendennis traditionally specialises in New Build and refit projects up to 60m, whilst Pendennis Plus (ex Devonport) use their experience and expertise to focus on 60m+ projects. Pendennis Plus aims to service clients seeking exceptional yachts of outstanding quality, with a tailored response to each project and the dedication required to achieve design and engineering excellence.

Previous DEVONPORT Projects
DEVONPORTS’ superyacht pedigree is demonstrated by our new build and refit projects. In addition to M/Y Samar, M/Y Sarafsa and M/Y Salem, DEVONPORT has undertaken the complete refit of M/Y Talitha G to Lloyds ‘new build certification’ and also the refit of M/Y Leander. With the addition of the bespoke new-build Project 55, DEVONPORT is responsible for both the build and refit of six of the World’s ‘Top 100’ superyachts. Now as Pendennis Plus we are proud to have just completed a refit on Dona Amelia with a refit of Virginian taking place at the new location in Falmouth.
