Jupiter is a 30.48m (100ft) sailing yacht built and launched in 1989 by Cantiere Ferri. She was last refitted in 2005.
Jupiter has only had 1 owner since she was launched and his main aim was to create a yacht that could remain away from port while accommodating 8 guests and 4 crew for months at a time. She had to be a strong and powerful yacht while under sail as well as while under engine. She also had to have an interior that was luxurious but at the same time not impractical. Outside as well as inside, of course, she had to be beautiful.
Jupiter is in fact one of the pioneers of continuous circumnavigation. Ever since her first trans-Atlantic carried out in 1990, she has sailed all of the oceans of the world or the "Seven Seas" as it were, taking her owner and guests to the most remote of diving & fishing locations across the tropical Pacific, Indian & Atlantic Oceans. She has rounded Cape Horn & the Cape of Good Hope and has moved through brash icey conditions before tidal glaciers in Alaska as well as the Antarctic.
Jupiter Accommodation
Jupiter can sleep up to a maximum of eight guests in her four staterooms which include one owner, one single and two twin cabins including one pullman berth. She also accommodates for up to a further four crew.
