Bergström crystal handbags shine out from the crowd
Those with a fetish for exotic and opulent handbags need look no further than the glittering creations of Swedish designer Lena Bergström.
When it comes to handbags, there is no tried and true methodology: what one woman likes another may hate and so on and so forth.
The little bags being produced from Swedish designer Lena Bergström's studio flout this rule entirely as her sassy little bags are a winner with fashion conscious women the world around.
Bergström's newest collection features clutches made from solid crystal with a stainless steel strap, the production limited to only five pieces. Named the Orrefors collection, each bag has a different name, a topic which the designer recently spoke about:
"I have named the bags after my sisters, my Mother and myself so Siv, Lena, Gunilla and Christina. We are all very different with our very specific qualities, just like the handbags that are made out of the same mold[sic] but then cut to fit different expressions."The Lena handbag is priced at £3250 while the Gunilla is going for £3700, no word yet on what Siv and Christina will cost.
