Designed in the Belle Epoque style by renowned architect Alexandre Giraldi, the development launched during the Monaco Boat Show in September, with at least eight of the apartments already pre-sold.

The residences range from two-bed properties to three-tier penthouse apartments, priced at €40,000 - €55,000 per square metre. The penthouse apartment is arranged over two floors and with a roof terrace with plunge pool and magnificent views over Monaco’s port.

The development’s interiors were designed by Jacques Garcia who was responsible for Hotel Metropole in Monaco, Hotel Costes in Paris and Ladurée, the famous Parisian tearoom.
