An island bastion rich in provocative tastes: edged in flawless golden beach and luminous waters.   view

Marina di Portisco is on the north east tip of Sardinia in the Gulf of Cugnana, sheltered from the Mediterranean currents by its inland location.

With its beautiful setting between the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean and the soft rolling hills of Portisco, the marina is a popular destination for mariners and tourists alike.

The area has a wide range of quality restaurants serving fish, pasta and local cuisine, shops and bars, as well as a number of attractions including the Archipelago of La Maddalena National Park, found just up the coast from Marina di Portisco.

17km away lies the city of Olbia which has a rich history dating back to the 8th Century BC.  Among its significant monuments include a Catherdral, Pedres Castle and a Roman Necropolis.
