AMZ is a 42m (137'9"ft) motor yacht, custom built in 1993 by Marinteknik Verkstads in Oregrund (Sweden). The yacht's interior has been designed by Haward and has exterior styling by H2 Yacht Design. She was last refitted in 2004.
AMZ has a aluminium hull and superstructure with a beam of 7.92m (25'11"ft) ; a 1.50m (4'11"ft) draft and 3 decks. This custom semi-displacement yacht features bow thrusters to assist manoeuvrability at low speeds. AMZ is built to comply to MCA and DNV, Lloyd's Register standards.

AMZ has a cruising speed of 14 knots, max speed of 20.00 knots and a range of 2000 nm from her 40300-litre fuel tanks.
