Malibu (formerly Kermit) is a 49.99m motor yacht built in 2001 by Amels in Makkum ( Netherlands ). The yacht's interior has been designed by Reymond Langton Design, Terence Disdale and has exterior styling by Terence Disdale.

Malibu yacht has a steel hull with a aluminium superstructure with a beam of 9.00m  (29'6"ft) and a 3.10m  (10'2"ft) draft .This semi custom Amels Tigre D'Or 50 yacht features bow thrusters to assist manoeuvrability at low speeds. Malibu is built to comply to MCA and Lloyd's Register standards.

Model Amels Tigre D'Or 50

The Amels Tigre D’Or 50 series is the smallest of the Limited Edition collection, presenting a range of 49.99 metre motor yachts built with steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Only six yachts were launched from the series that featured exterior and interior design from the sketch book of Terence Disdale. The very first launch of the Amels Tigre D’Or 50 series hit the water in 1997 and was the first superyacht ever built that satisfied the MCA safety and operational requirements.
