Tatasu is a 47.50m (155'10"ft) motor yacht, custom built in 1994 by Feadship in Kaag (Netherlands). This luxury vessel's sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of De Voogt Naval Architects. The yacht's interior has been designed by Larvor and has exterior styling by De Voogt Naval Architects. She was last refitted in 2006.
Tatasu has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure with a beam of 8.86m (29'0"ft) and a 2.99m (9'9"ft) draft. This custom yacht is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience.

Tatasu is capable of 16.00 knots flat out, with a cruising speed of 12.00 knots from her 67,300-litre fuel tanks.
