Palmer Johnson Yachts and launched in 1991. This luxury vessel's sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of C. W. Paine Yacht Design, Inc.. The yacht's interior has been designed by Jane Plachter. She was last refitted in 2009 by Marine Group Boat Works.

This luxury yacht has an aluminium hull a beam of 8.58m (28'1"ft) and a 3.05m (10'0"ft) draft.
