CaptainQualifications: 000 Ton Oceans Master TicketSpeaks: EnglishDusty was born near Seattle, Washington where he spent most weekends in the summer Salmon fishing with his father on the Puget Sound. These trips sparked a passion for boating that stayed with him until after college when that and a strong desire travel led him to the Virgin Islands. There he learned to sail, dive and hone his seamanship skills on a commercial style tour boat. Eventually Dusty decided to make yachting a career and moved to Fort Lauderdale as a step in that direction and has been at it for 15 years and as Captain for more than 10. He now holds a 3000 Ton Oceans Master Ticket and has run private and charter yachts up to 157’ in Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, West Coast USA, Central America, Caribbean, Mediterranean, the Bahamas and East Coast USA. - Staci MarkowitzChefChef Staci Markowitz-Dial’s passion for travel and food has led her around the world many times over. As a professional chef working on mega yachts for more than 10 years, she has sailed the globe perfecting international cuisines to please even the most discerning palates. As a result, she has mastered the skill of sourcing fresh, new foods, spices and recipes in various ports of call.

Chief StewardessQualifications: 200 Tonne Captain’s LicenseSpeaks: EnglishJulie was born in Ontario, Canada, however she holds dual citizenship with Barbados after being raised jointly between countries. Julie’s passion for being on the water is innate after hailing from the beach, and one of her favourite past times growing up was underwater metal detecting. Her love of water activity guided her to work on the cruise ships, following that she worked in the Seychelle Islands. With a natural affinity to perfecting the vacation guest experience, Julie worked her way into yachting starting as a deckhand, and currently holds her 200 Tonne Captain’s License. However lucky for every guest, she moved into the role of Chief Stewardess to ensure every guest experience is flawless and lifelong memorable. - Coral ByramStewardessSpeaks: EnglishCoral was born in Ontario, Canada, but raised in Victoria, BC. Always travelling with her family from a young age, she quickly pursued the opportunity to travel abroad as a flight attendant after graduation where she was able to ignite her passion for international adventure. Following her travel career, Coral honed her fine dining guest service skills learning wines and international dishes at an impeccable service standard. Coral has always had a passion for the water growing up close to the beaches, and her warm personality makes meeting new people at sea a genuine fulfilment to her lifelong traveling dream.
- David RochFirst MateSpeaks: EnglishDavid is a Canadian who found his love of the seas through a life of scuba diving. After finishing college and moving to Vancouver he became a SCUBA diving instructor and pursued his life’s dream of traveling. SCUBA diving allowed him to live in Thailand, Egypt, Iran and the Cayman Islands where he taught scuba diving, managed resorts and became a boat captain. Progression to the yachting life came through a friend’s introduction to the industry. The yachting industry allows David to continue his love of life through traveling, the sea and meeting great new people.

DeckhandSpeaks: EnglishJason is half Greek but was born and raised in Cornwall England, where he developed a passion for the ocean through sailing and surfing. He took a break from the ocean to pursue a career in rugby and personal training. Several years later he found himself drawn back to the water through the yachting industry. He is a happy and energetic chap and will be more than happy to introduce you to any water sports on offer.
