Weather in Tuscan Archipelago

Like it’s neighbours in the Mediterranean, the Tuscan Archipelago benefits from an enticingly mild climate, creating amazing holiday conditions at any time of the year. Ruled mostly be the conditions of the sea, the weather in the Archipelago carries high humidity levels year round.

Summers are hot yet breezy, averaging temperatures of between 24 and 28 degrees Celsius. Rain falls mostly in the winter months, though even then the islands average only eight rainy days per month. Winter also occasionally brings the “libeccio” and “ponente” gales, which have the affect of making the sea extremely choppy for sailing.
