Weather in Antibes

The Côte d’Azur is renowned for its pleasant climate throughout the year, as well as for its sunny, dry weather during the summer. Lined along its southern side by the sea, the Côte d’Azur soaks in the warmth of the Mediterranean climate and is the hottest region in France. Rainfall is rare along the coast and the winter months are relatively mild, though the presence of the mistral can sometimes make the cold weather particularly violent.

Resting serenely on the Cote d’Azur, Antibes enjoys the balmy weather that the coastline is notorious for. Enjoying the typical Mediterranean climate of a long and sun-soaked summer followed by a mild winter, makes this French gem a blissful idyll the whole year round. With rare rainfall and a pleasant sea temperature of around 20˚C, Antibes is also blessed in its position of protection between the Alps and the Mediterranean Sea which act as a buffer for the high, chilling winds of the mistral. Antibes is truly paradise the whole year round.
