Superyachts Set to Debut at Cannes Yachting Festival 2021
After being forced to cancel in 2020 due to the pandemic, the Cannes Yachting Festival is back with a bang as it makes its triumphant return to the yachting events calendar. This year a remarkable 560 new boats will be making an appearance on the docks at Cannes, 150 of which will be making their world premiere. We take a look at three of the 24m+ yachts debuting in Cannes this September.
Ione Astondoa Joins Astondoa Management Board
Ione Astondoa is set to join Astondoa’s management board representing the fourth generation of the family-owned shipyard. Astondoa is the longest-running luxury yacht builder in Spain, with over 100 years of history and a popular range of models, such as the AS8 launched in October 2020.

In celebration of Astondoa’s 100 anniversary, the shipyard announces their new launch, the 120 Century. The Century range showcases a distinct, streamlined appeal, boasting unique features across all models including inverted glass at the front of the bridge which Astondoa describe as “in the shape of a shark’s head”.
