Yacht Building

Aegean Yacht offers customers practically unlimited possibilities in realising their dreams. The yard focuses on seaworthiness, safety and functionality.

There are currently two 26m explorer yachts, a 39m steel motorsailer, and a 66m trideck megayacht under construction at the yard. The 66m will be the largest yacht ever built in the Bodrum & Aegean/ Mediterranean region of Turkey. Two more yacht builds will commence soon, a 37m and a 40m, both Tansu designs.

As well as new builds, Aegean Yacht offers extensive yacht refit and repair services, catering to requests for anything from small service calls to substantial and ambitious refits.

Facilities

Bodrum: Aegean Yacht is mainly based at a 40,000sqm waterfront shipyard in Bodrum, only 40km away from the city’s international airport. Here, there are four new build and refit sheds and a dry dock capable of withstanding 400 tonnes. The lifting capacity is planned to be increased to 1200 tons in the following year.

At the extensive Bodrum facilities, there is an in-house team of experienced naval architects, interior designers, CNC operators, decking, interior and joinery services and several workshops for mechanical, electrical and paint works. Aegean Yacht currently has a workforce of 120 accomplished engineers and craftsmen.

Antalya: Aegean Yacht also has another facility based at the Antalya Freezone. Here, a 4,000m2 area caters for new builds and superyacht refit projects. This industrial area became the South-East Mediterranean’s major megayacht building centre.

Brokerage, Charter & Management

Alongside providing yacht building and refitting services, Aegean Yacht is one of the most integrated yacht brokerage companies in Turkey, with a widespread international network. The company purchases, sells, charters and manages a substantial number of yachts.
