REVIVE 150 Richmond Superyacht

Built in 2013 by Richmond, Revive was sold in an in-house deal with Will Noftsinger representing the Seller and Chris Daves introducing the Buyer. This is the last and best Richmond yacht ever built, and in 2019 the second owner spent in the region of $2million enhancing the yacht with a completely new interior décor package by Patrick Knowles Designs. The refit project also included all new hydraulics systems, bottom job, zincs, prop speed, shafts, and propellers.

The 150’ Richmond accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 staterooms, including an on-deck king master and an optional VIP queen stateroom.

Revive was listed for an asking price of $14,900,000 at the time of sale.

CATCHING MOMENTS 120 Benetti

This 120’ Benetti superyacht was built in 2008 and is located in Palm Beach. Again it was Denison yacht brokers Chris Daves and Will Noftsinger involved with the sale, this time with Daves representing the Seller and the Buyer introduced by Noftsinger.

Catching Moments was refitted in 2015 with an interior upgrade to include new floors, furnishings, marbles, and main salon redesign. She sleeps 10 guests in 5 opulent cabins consisting of a main deck master suite with a king bed, 2 double cabins with queen beds, and 2 twin cabins. Each cabin comes with complete entertainment centres, Sony plasma TVs, and ensuite bathrooms.

The aft deck is perfect for al fresco dining while the sun deck boasts panoramic views, bar, fridge, barbecue grill, sun pads, and hot tub.

ISABELLA 118 Westport

The custom-built 118’ Westport Isabella was built in 1999 and was sold with the Buyer introduced by Denison’s Peter Quintal.

Isabella completed refits in both 2008 and 2017, with her general design penned by naval architect Anderson Yacht Design. The yacht is powered by Detroit Diesel engines and cruises comfortably at 18 knots. Isabella can accommodate 10 guests in 5 luxury staterooms, with the master cabin on the main deck, while a full-beam main salon provides an ideal space for large gatherings.

Isabella was listed for an asking price of $2,499,000 at the time of sale.

Navetta 33 108’ Custom Line

A 108’ Custom Line superyacht built in 2018 and located in Fort Lauderdale was sold by Denison yacht broker Bruce Schattenburg.

The 33m Navetta is one of the most successful models of premium superyacht brand Custom Line, part of the Ferretti Group. The 108ft superyacht was custom built by an experienced American yachtsman and overseen by a well-known build surveyor.

The Custom Line superyacht is perfect for charters or big groups, with accommodation for up to 10 guests in one full-beam master stateroom, plus four additional lower deck staterooms. A stern garage can fit a Williams 505 Diesel Jet tender and can also transform into a beach club. The sun deck is custom-designed with a Jacuzzi, wet bar, and drop-sown 180-degree rotating TV.

The 108’ Custom Line was listed for an asking price of $11,500,000.

FRIDAY 101 Arno Leopard Superyacht

101’ Arno Leopard yacht Friday was also sold in the first quarter. The 2007-built yacht was sold by Denison broker Will Noftsinger, who represented both the Buyer and Seller.

Friday was built at the Arno shipyard in Italy and features a recognisable hull with excellent performance and speed. She was the fourth hull of the Leopard brand’s 31m range, and is powered by three 1,800 horsepower MTU diesel engines linked to triple KaMeWa water jets to give her a cruising speed of 30 knots and a maximum speed of 37 knots.

The main salon is outfitted with contemporary and sophisticated décor, with natural light pouring in through the eight large skylight-style windows on the roof. Friday can accommodate 9 guests in 4 cabins, consisting of a full-beam master suite, forward VIP suite, and two cabins to port and starboard. Each room is equipped with flatscreen televisions and ensuite bathroom facilities.

Friday was listed for an asking price of $1,649,000 at the time of sale.
