A $50m Miami Penthouse With Its Own Limited edition Aston Martin Vulcan

By Paul Joseph

Back in 2016 luxury British carmaker Aston Martin announced its plan to expand into luxury real estate with a sail-shaped building in Miami, Florida, that will include 391 luxury condo units.

The most expensive of the Aston Martin residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way is a range-topping penthouse that costs an eye-popping $50 million, which will be packed to the brim with all the latest high-tech amenities and gadgets.

But without doubt the most unique and lavish item to be found in the 10-bedroom apartment will be the very last Aston Marin Vulcan to roll off the production line.

A track-only hypercar that was introduced to celebrate 100 years of the iconic British marque, the $2.5 million Vulcan that comes with the property is one of only 24 examples and the only one left. It is powered by a 7.0-litre V12 engine that produces an incredible 800 horsepower

The Aston Martin residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way is being constructed on the coast of Miami and will feature striking curvilinear glass and steel, soaring 66 stories into the sky.

Notable amenities in the building will include a meditation room, a double-level fitness centre with a spinning studio, boxing gym and his & her spa facilities, an art gallery, a virtual golf room, two movie theatres, a full-service beauty salon and a barber shop.

The building is expected to be finished in 2021.
