Art and Antique Fair comes to Naples, Florida

By P. Joseph

The inaugural Naples Premier Art and Antique Fair launches tomorrow, bringing over 60 of the world’s most prestigious art, antique, and jewellery dealers to Southwest Florida.

The 6-day event will feature the largest collection of fine jewellery in the world, including a presentation by Graff Diamonds replicating its London Bond Street premises.

Amongst the exhibitions on display will also be paintings and drawings by legendary French artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir, dating between 1885 and 1912, as well as the first presidential portrait of Abraham Lincoln.

The Fair is being held by David and Lee Ann Lester, founders of International Fine Art Expositions which also organises art fairs in Miami, Palm Beach and London, as well as the Seafair floating art fair.

The Naples International Pavilion, a newly renovated 55,000 square foot facility, will host the Fair.

As well as exhibitions, there will be lectures from museum curators and art experts, plus collector panel discussions.

The Fair runs from February 25th – March 1st.
