Aston Martin Miami Residences Slated to Open in 2022
The Aston Martin Miami Residences have been on our radar for some time now, but until recently there was no confirmed opening date for the ultra-high spec 60-foot apartment block.
Now we have learned that the company has broken ground and the project is in full swing, with the building expected to be ready by 2022.
Nestled on Biscayne Boulevard Way in downtown Miami, the 66 floor building will have 391 condos and several plush amenities, including a rooftop infinity heated pool, with pool deck and pool bar, a modern art gallery and art lobby.
All residents will also have access to a state-of-the-art fitness centre and spa, sauna, private steam, high-end business centre, chef kitchen, super yacht marina facilities, digital connection to concierge, valet butler, conference room, kids playroom, teen centre and game rooms, and two movie theatres.
Potential buyers can choose from condos, apartments, duplexes and penthouses, each designed with the luxury, refinement and sophistication that you we have all come to expect from the British luxury car maker.
The cheapest units at the prestigious tower are expected to cost $2,865 per square foot, while prices for conventional units will range from $2 million to $8.5 million, and for penthouses as much as an eye-popping $50 million.
The project is being created in partnership with global property developer G and G Business Developments and will form a key initiative of the Art of Living by Aston Martin portfolio, which takes customers beyond sports cars and enables them to immerse themselves in the Aston Martin lifestyle.
