Aston Martin Residences Announce New Superyacht Marina
Aston Martin’s first branded private properties, the Aston Martin Residences in Miami, has already grabbed plenty of headlines since it was announced back in 2017.
Now the ultra-luxury development is back in the news again after its 66 floors of lavish apartments and penthouses, all housed within a striking sail-shaped tower overlooking Biscayne Bay, have been augmented by a new superyacht marina.
The unveiling of the marina was last week marked with an exclusive event aboard the 150-foot Utopia III, which was moored alongside the development. A cocktail reception and private dinner was attended by a hand-picked assortment of the industry’s elite brokers and business leaders, who were invited to enjoy an eight course dining experience while cruising around Fisher Island.
The full-service superyacht marina is an addition to the already impressive facilities available to owners and their guests at the Aston Martin Residences, Miami. With no bridges to the ocean, the marina is just minutes from the open Atlantic and an easy sail from the Florida Keys, and with Key Biscayne, Fisher Island, Miami Beach and Bal Harbour also nearby.
The marina can comfortably accommodate larger yachts and offers far more than just a berth, with full security and privacy, and access to the Aston Martin Residences butler service.
German Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments, said: “As the development is right on the river with direct access from the sea, it made sense that owners and their guests may wish to birth their superyachts right outside their properties.
“With the increasing size of superyachts, we’re excited to be able to offer our residents large yacht berths for major vessels including yachts over 300 feet.
““We’re also focusing on our green credentials, protecting and restoring marine ecology to safeguard the wildlife and conserve the stunning location.”
The marina at the Aston Martin Residences will be available to owners when the development is completed in 2022.
Residences and penthouses at Aston Martin Residences range from 700 to 19,000 square feet, and are priced from $750,000 to $50 million.
