Audemars Piguet's latest flagship store in New York

By B. Roberts

Audemars Piguet has extended their grip on New York by opening a new flagship store at 65 East 57th Street, across from its former location.

Audemars Piguet watches are one of the worlds most sought after items on the market, hand crafted by experts over centuries with their new store offering an interior design that was crafted by Swiss firm Atelier Oi and New York interior firm Spin Design, Inc.

The inside of the 3,000 sq. boutique looks as refined and luxurious as the timepieces themselves, offering palatial interior which mixes contemporary design with pure class that fits well with the New York theme.

The designers have used woods, metal, glass and leathers alongside exposed lamp pendant lights and furnishings which include a custom produced sofa and armchairs that were inspired by the designs of French Art Deco designer Jacques- Émile Ruhlmann.

There is also a separate women’s area called the “boudoir” which was conceptualised by Francois-Henry Bennahmias, President & CEO of Audemars Piguet, The Americas.
