Ayana Launches Luxury Bali Residences
Ayana Resorts have officially launched a stunning new community of luxury residences on the Indonesian island of Bali.
Spread across a 6.5 hectare site, and situated adjacent to the Ayana Resort and Spa, Ayana Residences Bali will be a gated community containing a limited number of luxury apartments and villas,
The residences will include a selection of 3, 2, and 1-bedroom suites with ocean views, private rooftop swimming pools and entertainment areas.
Husin Suhaidi, director of Residential Development at Midplaza Group, said: The launch of Ayana Residences gives investors the opportunity for ownership of a private residence on Bali’s most prized parcel of real estate with privileged access to the world-class facilities of Ayana Resort and Spa Bali.”
The development has been designed by the same firms responsible for the Ayana Resort and Spa – with architecture by WATG, landscape design by St. Legére Design International, and interior design by P49 Deesign.
Ayana Residences Bali is due for completion in 2014.
