Aykon Tower to Offer London Residents the “Versace Lifestyle”
London’s skyline is to receive a sparkling new 50-storey building housing a collection of private residences billed as “a global symbol of opulence”.
Located in the Aykon Tower in Vauxhall, south London, the One Nine Elms development will feature 360 luxury apartments with views of the River Thames.
Each apartment is described as being designed with the “elegance and sensuality” of Donatella Versace.
According to Aykon’s developers, one of the biggest construction companies in Dubai, buyers will “live the complete Versace lifestyle, a fantasy turned into reality.”
Residents will gain exclusive access to a full-length swimming pool on the tower’s 23rd floor, a state-of-the-art gymnasium and spa, a private cinema, a roof terrace and a karaoke room
A parking place comes for an extra £50,000, with concierge and valet services available to take care of residents’ needs.
The One Nine Elms development is slated to be completed in 2020.
