Called the Beoplay H9i, the headphones have been crafted from long-lasting materials such as anodized aluminium and genuine leather, and come packaged in a signature aluminium case.
The headphones also feature active noise cancellation, along with an innovative touch interface for ease of use.
The two collaborators have also announced a partnership with Swedish composer and record producer Ludwig Göransso on an exclusive Beoplay H9i campaign and accompanying short film.
Speaking about the launch, John Mollanger, Executive Vice President, President Brand, and Markets at Bang & Olufsen said: “The first materialization of our collaboration, the RIMOWA edition of our flagship Beoplay H9i headphones and exclusive RIMOWA carrying case, will make the world travel at the speed of sound.”
The Beoplay H9i headphones are priced at $900 and are set to officially launch on 15 April in both Bang & Olufsen stores and Rimowa stores worldwide, as well as in select retailers and online at the brands’ respective websites.
