Barons Prepares For Christmas Classic Car Sale

Auction house Barons is set to end 2011 in style with its Yuletide sale, featuring a selection of rare and sought after vintage cars.

Taking place in the magnificent Surrey Hall at Sandown Park, south east England, on December 13th, the event is expected to draw a vast crowd of classic car enthusiasts from far and wide.

The entry is headlined by the exceptionally rare,1932 Alvis Speed 20 SA two-door Sports Tourer, which has undergone a comprehensive, body-off, restoration over the past five years. The estimate for the Alvis model is £95,000-£120,000.

Other notable cars on sale at the event will be a 1959 Elva 100 Formula Junior (£25,000-30,000), a a 1965 Austin Healey 3000 MkIII (£29,000-33,000), and a Masons Black 1963 Jaguar MkII 3.8 saloon (£30,000-34,000).

Barons was founded by Laurence M. Sayers-Gillan in 1998.
