Blancpain Launch Villeret Christmas Collection

Both elegant and practical, the new trio of timepieces fits harmoniously within the Villeret Ultra Slim Champagne collection. The watches are billed as “expressing the timeless values of traditional watchmaking with their understated refined design”.

Key Villeret signature elements have been woven into the new white gold models, all sharing a sunburst Champagne coloured dial.

The Villeret Champagne Date Seconds houses calibre 1151 features three hands for the hours, the minutes and for the seconds with a date display at 3 o’clock, while the Villeret Champagne Retrograde Small Seconds houses a calibre 7663 featuring the retrograde small seconds feature at 6 o’clock.

Finally, the Villeret Champagne Date Retrograde Seconds houses a movement 7663Q, with the date elegantly surrounding the dial and retrograde seconds feature displayed at 6 o’clock.

The collection is part of the Ultra Slim line-up from Blancpain, offering the slimmest collection of watches in their category.  Each watch is presented with a 40 mm double pomme case and sunburst Champagne dial with applied Roman numerals. 

As well as a beautiful aesthetic from the front, they all feature a clear sapphire caseback, offering a view of the finishing of the individual movements and corresponding oscillating weights housed beneath.  A black alligator strap completes the ensemble.

The Villeret Ultra Slim Champagne collection is now available at Blancpain’s Bond Street store in London.
