Boucheron Launches ‘Rêves d’Ailleurs’ Jewellery Collection

By Paul Joseph

Historical French jewellery house Boucheron has created a stunning new collection of jewels inspired by the travels of Louis Boucheron, the son of the company’s founder Frédéric, in the early 20th Century.

Divided into five distinct ‘chapters’, the Rêves d’Ailleurs’ collection’s lavish pieces have been influenced by Boucheron’s visits to such exotic locations as India, Japan, China, Russia and Persia.

Some of the stand-out jewels in the collection include the Indian Palace ring in white gold and platinum, the Trésor de Perse necklace in white gold, paved with cabochon sapphires, diamonds, chalcedonies and crystal rock, and the Rivage necklace in white gold paved with diamonds and sapphires created using Boucheron's renowned chahute technique.

The Rêves d’Ailleurs collection will debut at the prestigious Biennale des Antiquaires fair in Paris this September.

Founded by Frédéric Boucheron in 1858, Boucheron currently operates over 50 boutiques worldwide.
