Breakers Palm Beach Unveils Imperial Designer Suite

By Paul Joseph

A luxury oceanfront resort in Palm Beach Florida has unveiled a stunning new suite designed by internationally acclaimed fashion designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka.

The Imperial Designer Suite at The Breakers Palm Beach is billed as seamlessly blending the designers’ signature aesthetic of Old Hollywood glamour and timeless elegance with the tasteful contemporary style and classic comfort for which the resort is known.

The 1,700 square foot suite boasts a spacious and luxurious master bedroom and bath, a sprawling living room, lounge area, wet bar, six-seat dining area and five separate step-out balconies with breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views.

Every detail of the space, from furnishings to paint colours to luxurious accessories, have all been hand selected by the designer duo. A colour palette of warm tones of coral, salmon, ecru, cream, sand and grey serves as a backdrop for a mixture of new custom-designed furniture and vintage pieces from shops along West Palm Beach’s famed Antique Row.

Paul Leone, president of The Breakers Palm Beach, said: “The re-design of our Imperial Suite presented a wonderful opportunity for The Breakers to further showcase its timeless American glamour and stylish renewal.

“We were delighted to partner with an esteemed fashion house that reflects the same essence and personality.”

One of America’s legendary resort destinations, the 540-room Breakers Palm Beach was founded in 1896 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
