Breitling Unveils Galactic 29 Ladies’ Watch
Renowned Swiss luxury watch brand Breitling has created a new women’s timepiece said to be the smallest model in the company’s history.
Called the Galactic 29, the watch has a 29mm diameter and features a number of refined details such as mother-of-pearl dials, gemset bezels, diamond hour-markers and rose gold versions.
It is available in a range of versions, including with steel or rose gold cases, gemset or with smooth bezels, mother-of-pearl or black dials, and hour-markers or diamonds.
Fitted with a fluted crown that facilitates handling, the case is water-resistant to 100 metres, while the dial is swept over by large hands ensuring optimal legibility, further reinforced by the sapphire crystal glare proofed on both sides.
The SuperQuartzTM movement, chronometer-certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute), achieves a degree of precision said to be ten times higher than standard quartz.
The new Galactic 29 can be teamed with a metal bracelet or a strap in Sahara leather, with raised “dune” motif, or rubber.
Breitling was founded by Léon Breitling in Bern, Switzerland in 1884.
