British Virgin Islands Resort Extends Facilities to Marina Guests
Yachting visitors arriving at a deep-water marina in the British Virgin Islands can now make use of an array of amenities at a neighbouring luxury resort.
Located on Peter Island, a 1,800 acre private island, the Peter Island Resort & Spa has opened up its facilities to its marina guests, who can now enjoy the same services available to overnight visitors.
Amongst the luxuruous amenities on offer there is a spa, fine dining restaurants, tennis courts and five private beaches.
A popular choice for weddings, family reunions and other special occasions, the resort boasts a stunning setting, with breathtaking deep blue seas, pearl-white beaches, lush palm groves and verdant tropical mountains.
Within the resort there is a choice of Ocean View or Beachfront rooms, as well as secluded villas.
The island’s marina features 15 slips as well as a 75’ T-dock for larger vessels, all with electricity hook-ups. Daily dockage costs $20 per hour (£12.50) and nightly rates start from $125 (£75) for vessels up to 50 ft.
