Featuring an elegant monochromatic tone of black, the Octo Finissimo Skeleton and L’Originale Chronograph Black Editions have been treated with jet-black DLC (diamond-like carbon) giving them a highly striking and distinctive look.
“Bulgari is always looking for contemporary elegance,” says Guido Terreni, managing director of Bulgari Horlogerie.
“The new Octo Ultranero Chronograph expresses urban sporty elegance, while the Octo Ultranero Finissimo Skeleton highlights a supreme refinement that matches perfectly with its skeletonized movement.”
The Octo Finissimo Skeleton shares the same specifications as the previous models in the collection, but has been augmented with an all-black finish and ultra-light DLC-coated titanium case and bracelet. Meanwhile the rose gold-plated hands contrast the black tone, making it even more eye-catching.
The detailed open-worked dial offers a glimpse of the in-house caliber BLV128S movement, an ultra-thin skeleton movement that is just 2.35mm thick and has a power reserve of 65 hours.
The completely blacked out 41mm Octo L’Originale, meanwhile, boasts a contemporary, urban visual appearance and is powered by a self-winding BVL 328 Velocissimo caliber. The watch comes paired with an integrated rubber strap, also in black.
The Octo Finissimo Skeleton Black Edition is priced at €22,900 while the the Octo L’Originale retails at €9,950.
