Bulgari Teams up with Maserati to Create Octo Maserati Timepiece
Iconic Italian brands Bulgari and Maserati have collaborated to create a limited edition timepiece, the Bulgari Octo Maserati.
The watch, which was unveiled at the recent 2012BaselWorld fair in Switzerland, includes several elements that will be familiar to fans of the Maserati car brand, including a dial resembling Maserati’s grille vents and the Maserati Trident symbol resting on the transparent caseback.
The 45mm steel case boasts a brushed steel bezel with tachometric scale and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, whilst the finely crafted blue-lacquered dial features hand-applied inner bezel ring, snailed chronograph hour and minute counters, and a satin-brushed minute counter.
Other notable features include a soft calfskin strap, retrograde counters, and a Calibre CG7800 movement.
Maserati was the official partner for the 2012 BaselWorld, which came to an end on March 15th.
No details on the price of the limited edition Octo Maserati have been announced.
