Cape Sawan Estate in Phuket to Offer Luxury Yacht

Capa Sawan, the brainchild of leisure entrepreneur and former British tennis player David Lloyd, consists of 25 premium luxury homes, each with their own distinct characteristics, with owners able to choose from six house styles.

Nestled within the lush tropical slopes of Phuket’s western coast, and set amongst a stunning rugged landscape, the development will also offer a range of leisure facilties, including a floating beach anchored just offshore, complete with a sea water swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Residents will also have access to a private members club boasting a gourmet restaurant, a fully equipped gym, a luxurious pool, and three tennis courts.

The development is part of the David Lloyd Signature Homes collection of luxury overseas properties, and the founder himself intends to have his own home on the estate.

“I have found an oasis that I would like to share with friends from around the globe,” Mr Lloyd said.

Prices for villas at Cape Sawan will range between around $3.5 and $6.9 million.
