Carl F Bucherer Alacria Royal watches are regal beauties

The Alacria Royal collection of watches is the latest from the Swiss watchmaker and features four different designs.

Presented in models of blue, orange, green or red, each which is adorned with a stunning mix of diamonds and either rubies, emeralds or sapphires in blues and oranges.

The cases are pure 18 karat white gold, while the delicately linked bracelets are reverse tonneau (barrel) shaped and also adorned with exquisite-quality gems.

Gently curved sides are a defining feature of these distinctly feminine timepieces, a contour also carried over to appear on the dial.Only 25 of each design will be available of these extremely limited edition watches, each set with 666 specially selected precious stones.

Each case features 74 stones, the dial 186, and the bracelet 346.

A departure from their usual mechanical movement timepieces, the Alacria Royal collection features quartz movement due to the petite nature of their design.

Available from between $US112, 000 and $250,000 per piece, the Alacria Royal watches are true collectors’ items.
