Cartier Watch Exhibition Hits Singapore

By Paul Joseph

The Time Art Exhibition, a travelling exhibition showcasing some of French jeweller and watch-maker Cartier’s most iconic timepieces, is currently taking place in Singapore.

Fans of haute horology are being treated to the stunning collection of Cartier watches at the ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands, with over 150 historical timepieces on display.

Encased in glass boxes, the precious watches chronicle the story of the historical brand, and include the Santos wristwatch (designed in 1904) and the Tortue watch (1928) with minute-repeater.

These pieces are joined by the largest collection of mystery clocks ever displayed in public in one place, Cartier claims.

The Cartier Time Art exhibition in Singapore runs until 12 February 2012.
