Chateau d'Esclans Host Wine Pairing Dinner At Miami's Villa Vecchia

Hosted at the mind-blowing Villa Vecchia estate opposite the Miami yacht and brokerage show, Chateau d'Esclans hosted their first ever wine pairing event this week to showcase the vineyard's range of delicious rose wines.

Guests were welcomed the estate via tender, and as they walked past the Aston Martin display - which introduced the new V12 Vantage and the Vanquish - drinks were served before being lead into the grand dining room for an introduction from head chef Ainsworth Ferguson.

After being walked through the courses and welcomed by Yachts International Editor-in-Chief Kenny Wooton, it was time for Paul Chevalier of Chateau d'Esclans to walk guests through the range of different wines they would be having with each course.

Starting with the Whispering Angel and moving on to the Garrus, this was a truly stylish way to prepare for a week of business in the sun.
