By Paul Joseph

Dotted across some of London’s most prestigious districts are Cheval Residences – six properties comprising 283 luxury serviced apartments offering both long and short-term stays.

Located in Knightsbridge, Kensington, Sloane Square and the City the spacious apartments are fully equipped with luxurious interior fittings, including top-of-the-range kitchens featuring fine china, crockery, cutlery, dishwashers and washing machines.

They also offer sophisticated security systems, satellite televisions, direct dial telephones, a 24-hour concierge service and daily maid service.

Two of the properties are currently undergoing major refurbishments that are due to be completed in time for the 2012 London Olympics.

Cheval Knightsbridge, featuring a selection of modern two and three-bedroom apartments, mews houses and three-bedroom townhouse properties, is being revamped by leading designer, Helen Ellery.

Cheval Calico House, in the heart of the city, offers a selection of one and two bedroom apartments, including two luxurious two-bedroom penthouses overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral. The interior design is by Forme Design and will incorporate four different colour schemes when complete next year.

In addition to the six existing properties, another residence – Cheval Three Quays – will open in 2013. Situated on the River Thames and next to the Tower of London, Cheval Three Quays will consist of 158 serviced and non-serviced apartments.

Cheval Residences has over 29 years of experience in providing luxury serviced apartments. Prices start from £850 per week for a studio apartment and rise to £6,200 per week for a four bedroom penthouse.
