Christopher Ward Releases Limited Edition Timepiece
One of the watch industry’s newest arrivals of recent years, Christopher Ward, has created a new timepiece limited to just 200 pieces worldwide.
The C50 Malvern COSC is the British luxury watchmaker’s first ever automatic chronometer certified by Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres – the institute which measures the accuracy and precision of watches in Switzerland.
Powered by a top grade ETA 2836-2 movement and with a 38 hour power reserve, the watch features a new galvanic ivory finish on its dial as well as a day and date function.
The C50 Malvern COSC will be available from October 2011, priced at £599 (€676).
Christopher Ward timepieces for men and women are designed in Britain and hand assembled in Switzerland. The company was founded in 2005.
