Coach Launches First Ever Shoe Collection

By Paul Joseph

American luxury goods company Coach has launched its first ever footwear collection.

The brainchild of newly appointed creative director Stuart Vevers, the new range, which was unveiled for Coach’s Fall 2014 collection, represents the company’s efforts to expand its position in the market as a men’s lifestyle brand.

Made from Italian suede and leather, the collection features lace-up dress shoes, sneakers, monk-strap styles and lug-soled boots, all available in a host of colours including cognac, black, mahogany, espresso and cordovan.

The shoes are priced from $175 to $495 and will be available at Coach’s flagship store on London’s Bond Street from the start of September.

Coach was founded in New York in 1914.
