Design Company Creates Mini-Monaco on a Superyacht

By Paul Joseph

UK-based ship designers Yacht Island Design have created a superyacht concept that features a miniature version of Monaco.

Dubbed the ‘Streets of Monaco’, the quirky concept yacht boasts replicas of some of Monaco’s most distinctive landmarks including Monte Carlo Casino and Hotel de Paris, and the Grand Prix track.

The vessel also contains an array of more conventionally lavish superyacht features including a helicopter pad, mini submarine, speedboats, and several swimming pools.

A Yacht Island Design representative said: “We are actively looking for clients either private or commercial with the vision to realize this new and interesting design direction.”

A total of seven guest suites, including two VIP suites, can accommodate 17 people. Each measures an impressive 3,800 square feet and comes equipped with amenities including a cinema and library.

The standout suite is the owner’s cabin which is spread over three floors, measures more than 15,000 square feet and boasts numerous balconies and a private sundeck with Jacuzzi.
