The Dining Event Company, specialists in luxury culinary events, will bring the extraordinary 'Dinner in the Sky' experience to Monaco from the 9th-13th July 2010.

The Dining Event Company have installed their new extraordinary ‘pop-up’ restaurant, suspended a hundred feet above the bay of Monaco, with some of the greatest chefs in Europe.

The culinary adventure will feature acclaimed chefs such as Joël Robuchon from the Hôtel Métropole in Monaco, Marcel Ravin from Monaco's Hôtel Monte-Carlo and Christian Sinicropi from the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes.

On the opening night, 9th July, diners can participate in one of the special dinners supervised by the state chefs of Monaco, the Elysée Palace and the Kremlin, followed by a stunning firework display.

The evening will begin in the harbour of Monaco, home of the world famous Monaco Yacht Show. Guests will be invited to enjoy a glass of Mumm Cordon Rouge and amuse-bouches by LeNotre onboard a 35m Riva Domino superyacht before being whisked to the heavens for the Dinner in the Sky.

Once in the air, they will be surrounded by exquisite luxury; featuring chandeliers and glasses of finest St. Louis crystal, cutlery by Christofle, and an amazing view from the 360º seats.

The dinner itself will reportedly be accompanied by the legendary Cuvee R. Lalou 1998, derived from the seven Grands Crus of Maison Mumm Champagne; a perfect blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Tickets to this once in a life time event are priced at €1000 per person from 22 places at each table, €100 of which will go toward the honorable Princess Stéphanie of Monaco’s Fight Aids Foundation.
