Dior Opens New Women’s Store in Miami

French luxury fashion house Dior has opened a new women’s store at the Miami Design District.

Designed by Peter Marino, the lavish Miami store boasts a facade by Barbarito Bancel Architectes Spread over 3 floors, its features women’s apparel and accessories, as well as watches and jewellery. There is also a VIP room and a rooftop terrace for events.

It is the second Dior store at Miami Design District, after the opening of a Dior Homme boutique in 2012.

The Miami location is part of a broader international expansion plan by Dior. Next month, the brand will open a San Francisco store, marking its fifth flagship in the U.S.

Last year, Dior unveiled an innovative set of virtual reality goggles designed to offer prospective customers a glimpse into the exclusive behind-the-scenes world of fashion events.

Dior was founded by the eponymous designer Christian Dior in Paris in 1946.
