By Paul Joseph

Renowned Spanish-American artist Domingo Zapata hosted a lavish exhibition in Miami last week as part of Art Miami, the high prestigious annual arts fair.

Taking place at the city’s newly opened Cipriani Downtown Miami restaurant, the exhibit, called “The Art of Bullfighting”, was co-hosted by actor and artist Jordi Mollà Perales and new artist Mr. Doolittle.

Guests at the event were able to enjoy 5 of Zapata’s painted bullfighter jackets along with several other of his works, as well as pieces by Perales and Mr Doolittle.

A host of high profile attendees were present including Lindsay Lohan, Jill Zarin, Jeremy Shockey, Morgan O’Connor, Leonardo Ferragamo, and Luciano Benetton.

Domingo Zapata is currently considered one of the biggest names in the contemporary art world. Well known collectors of his work include George Soros and the Neuberger Berman Group while Johnny Depp, Damien Hirst, Blaine Trump and Carmelo Anthony have all endorsed his artistic ventures.

Running concurrently with Miami's equally high profile Art Basel arts fair, Art Miami took place between the 3rd and 8th of December.
