Dubai Residential Complex Boasts Its Own Lazy River

Called the Arabian Ranches III, the neighbourhood complex is a stunning gated community focussed on sumptuous outdoor living.

Among its offerings are a parkour course, skate park, cricket pitch, jogging track, barbeque areas, gymnasium and even your very own Lazy river.

There’s also a 30,000-square-metre park, a 4-kilometre long boulevard, an 86-kilometre cycling track, a retail strip, a clubhouse, community centre, wellness and sports facilities, a mosque, a school and healthcare facilities close by.

Last month plans to build a towering 550-metre skyscraper that will rise from a lake shaped like the fingerprint of the emirate’s ruler- Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum were announced.
