Fendi-Branded Miami Residences to Feature $25m Penthouse
In recent times, high-end brands have increasingly been seen diversifying into luxury hotels and private residences, and the latest to do so is Italian fashion house Fendi.
The Fendi Château Residences in Miami were launched last year, and now a stunning new penthouse property located within the 12-story waterfront development has also been announced.
Priced at $25 million, the two-level, five-bedroom penthouse is spread across almost 9,000 square feet, including interior space and outdoor terraces. It boasts lavish fixtures and finishing including customized Fendi Casa kitchen cabinets and Italian Calacata marble-clad bathrooms.
Notable amenities include a rooftop pool, media room, family room, exercise area, steam room, walk-in closets, full staff quarters and a private elevator located on the residence’s second level.
All residents at the Fendi Château Residences have access to a wine cellar, library, ballroom, kid’s club, private cinema with an adjacent business centre, beauty salon, state-of-the-art fitness centre, multiple beachfront pools with cabanas, and a relaxation terrace with aromatherapy.
Other luxury brands to have opened hotels and residences in recent years include fashion houses Bulgari, Armani and – most recently – crystal makers Baccarat.
Founded in Rome in 1925, Fendi has grown to become one of the world’s most famous fashion brands.
