Ferrari Launches New “Tailor-Made” Program

By Paul Joseph

Italian luxury car marquee Ferrari has created a new tailoring service that enables customers to personalise their car down to the finest detail.

The Ferrari Tailor-Made Program was designed to cope with the growing demand amongst Ferrari owners to customise their vehicle. Ferrari says that virtually every model to emerge from its Maranello factory this year has been customized in some way.

Owners who use the program can specify a vast range of details, from the exterior livery colour to the cabin trim, with a choice of finishes, accessories, materials and treatments.

Customers are then invited to Maranello where they are guided through the selection process by their own personal designer. Once the car’s details have been defined, the client can then track all of the various processes involved in its creation, right up until they take delivery.

The service continue a longstanding Ferrari tradition which began in the 1950s, and is the fourth Ferrari personalisation program, the previous three being the Carrozzeria Scaglietti, One-to-One, and Special Projects divisions.
