Hublot Launch Oceanographic 4000 Watch

Swiss watchmaker Hublot have released a new timepiece capable of being used up to 4,000 metres under water.

Available in both titanium and carbon fibre, the Hublot Oceanographic 4000 Watch was launched last month in Monaco in association with the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco. It is the first time the famous Museum has been associated with a watch brand.

The timepiece includes a 48mm case, bezel made from titanium and composite resin sides, as well as boasting a matte black dial with a black rubber strap.

Movement for the wrist watch comes courtesy of a Swiss automatic Hublot caliber HUB1401, with power reserves of 42 hours.

Founded in 1980 by Carlo Crocco, Hublot have grown to become one of the world’s most renowned watch brands. The company boasts several high profile brand ambassadors including actress Jet Li, former footballer Diego Maradona, deceased Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna’s family and Institute, and Manchester United football club.
