Hublot to Launch Big Bang Caviar Red Gold at Baselworld
Swiss luxury watch brand Hublot are to unveil a new ladies timepiece called the Big Bang Caviar Red Gold at the Baselworld watch fair in Switzerland later this month.
Also available in stainless steel – as well as a more subtle silver gold hue – the new Big Bang Caviar Red Gold watch for ladies features a case and dial with no gemstones but that have been cut and polished to give the illusion of being lined with a series of large diamonds.
The watch’s bezel, however, is indeed set with 36 diamonds, and is fitted with the HUB1112 self-winding mechanical movement comprising 62 distinct parts and 21 jewels.
Other notable features include a choice of a silver or 5N gold coloured calfskin strap intricately sewn to a black rubber base, and a power reserve of 42 hours.
The Big Bang Caviar Red Gold is based on the design of the One Million $ Black Caviar, Bang Watch which won the Grand Prix d’Horlegerie de Geneve in 2009.
Baselworld will run from April 25th – May 2nd.
