K Bar to Open in The Kensington Hotel

K Bar, situated within the Kensington Hotel, has been receiving plenty of attention ahead of its opening, with talk of one of the city’s finest drinks lists – including world class cocktails – on the lips of many.

The South Kensington bar is said to have been inspired by the sophisticated atmosphere of a gentlemen's club, and is decked with striking interior features including deep grained oak panelling with integrated bookcases, racing green and royal blue hues and accents of polished brass detailing

Dimly lit lighting adds to the atmosphere of elegant decadence, while an extensive selection of premium wines, spirits and cocktails ensure that every taste and preference is met.

Fusing tradition with innovation, the bar’s exclusive cocktail menu certainly packs a punch, with an impressive array of cocktails – including champagne, classics and contemporaries – as well as a wide choice of non-alcoholic options.

The mastermind behind the drinks list is Bar Manager Ben Manchester, formerly of Hotel du Vin Brighton, who brings over 10 years’ experience in luxury drinking and dining to the venue.
